What is better than a cool glass of water on a hot, dry day? Are you thirsty? Do you need refreshing?

Jesus paints that picture of Himself, promising spiritual refreshment to anyone who turns to Him in faith. The thirsty soul and others around benefits, since “rivers of living water will flow from the heart of the one who puts his trust in Me”
(John 7:38).

Heavenly Father, there is none like You. When I am sad, You are my comfort. Your calm presence restores my soul. Your words are cool, refreshing water to my spirit. Despite my confusion. You guide me in paths of righteousness, and it’s all for Your glory. In Jesus Name Amen
